Pilots by arrangement while we work with our first firms

We're running SignedOffBy with a small number of implementation partners before we publish prices. Pilot terms are agreed with each firm. Model use runs on your own Anthropic key, so you see and control that cost directly.

What a pilot includes

Pilot

By arrangement

For an implementation partner trying SignedOffBy on live client work.

  • Your own workspace, with as many people as the pilot needs
  • Six registries: Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Finance and Supply Chain, Sales and Customer Service, and Project Operations
  • Plans, assisted passes, review and sign-off by name
  • Projects, re-plan and compare, client share links
  • Exports to Markdown, and a sign-off record you can print or save as PDF
  • A walkthrough with us to set up your first project

Model use

Paid to Anthropic, on your key

Each assisted pass sends the brief and the vendor's guidance for each task to Anthropic on your firm's key.

  • You set a spending ceiling on every pass
  • Each pass shows its estimated cost as it runs
  • We add no margin to model use

What model use has cost in practice

Our first live pass, on a fictional Payables brief, proposed values for 7 Oracle Fusion setup tasks. Its estimated cost was about $0.86, worked out from the tokens used at Anthropic's published rates. Your cost depends on the model you choose, the size of the brief and the number of tasks.

An estimate, not an invoice: Anthropic bills you directly, and its figure is the one that counts.

Questions

Why bring our own model key?

Your briefs go to Anthropic under your own agreement with them, you see every charge, and you can revoke the key at any time. We store it encrypted and show only a short hint.

Can we cap what a pass spends?

Yes. Every pass has a ceiling you set before it starts; the pass stops before any model call that could take its estimated spend past the ceiling.

What happens to our data if the pilot ends?

Export what you want to keep, then an owner can delete the workspace from Settings. Our terms and DPA set out the detail.
